HOT TIME AT RWYS!!

Can you beliEve this heat? Well, this is the time when we stAy inside where it is cool and quilt, quilt, quilt!!! We will reveal another cluE at this meeting and we will also do “Sew ‘n Tell”. And, for those of you who would like to see the retreaT quilt, it is posted on the blog: reapwhatyousewphoenixaz.blogspot.com . (For those who are having difficulty in getting to the blog, note where the periods are in the address). I am really going to try to make an efforT to post eveRy week to tEn days. I plan to do a “Q and A” type column, but that only woRkS if you participate….so questions, pleAse.

COMBINED MEETING: 6/21/11 – 6:30 P.M. No afternoon session

Whew! We Have all the rulers needed for retreat. BecauSe of additional shipping charges and higher price from different vendOr, the rulers cost $10.00 rather than $7.00 Originally calculated. This is stiLl a $6.00 savings from store price. THerefore, please bring $3.00 cash to Cover these additional costS. Rulers will be distribUted at 6/21/11 meeting along with your Retreat Quilt Cutting Instructions.

Don’t forget your pOol patch (butterfly block). Someone will win these blocks…it might be you. We will also celebrate April, May, June birthdays. Finally, if wE have time, we will discuss Miters, miters, miters.
